Phyllis was a beautiful soul with a

Comfortable with life, she made everyone around her
laugh; her humor was unforgettable! She loved and was
loved dearly by her family.

She leaves behind: her mother, Iona Riley; sister,
Jacqueline Riley-Williams; brother-in-law, Donavon
Williams; children, Sheena Riley (Andre Dandy), Iona
Davis, and Ernest Davis (Solange Belony); and her
grandchildren, Naomi Davis, Omari Davis, and Zavier
Dandy, and Zayla Dandy.
